817-731-6122"We had Joyner Plumbing come work on our house during the remodel in 2020. They installed a new gas line for the range in the kitchen. However, when that gas line was installed, the tubing that they cut was mangled, causing a leak when they put on the compression fitting.
Since no one ever pressure tested the system, I have had a significant leak behind my range for 3 years. The only reason it was found was because Atmos had to come test when they replaced the service lines in our neighborhood.
Not only could we not get them in a reasonable time (understandable), but there has been absolutely 0 accountability, and I have been getting transferred from person to person for 3 weeks.
I spent over $1000 to fix their installation issue, and I can't even get the records from the original service.
Absolutely terrible way to run a business. Jack, and the other folks that run the operation clearly take no responsibility for their poor service.

817-731-6122"Needless to say I will never use this company again. Back in October had a standing appointment between 9-10. So two and a half hours later during which I contacted the office twice. Was told Mike was at a Drs appoint. With no contact whatsoever he arrives no apologies asked what we needed showed him he stood about 6ft away. Told us it would be ABOUT 700.00 nothing on paper and just walked out. We own our own business and would never treat our customers in this manner. 817-731-6122" I don't understand these people. I had a horrible experience with the first plumber they sent. A lovely experience with the second plumber they sent. We made an agreement about how I was going to be billed. Then they called me up and wanted to make a lot of changes. I explained that the first plumber they sent had lied to me three times and all his repairs failed. They never bothered to call me back. He told me he didn't need to fix something because it was painted not corroded. That was not true. Now I am poor and worse off than when I started. What other plumbers could have done for 1/2 this amount, im appaled. You took advantage of an older women living in a nice home and neigborhood and gauged her for it. Extreme lack of integrity.
