"I've known this company for almost 20 years all the plumbers are great! I highly recommend them! Yes plumbing is expensive but you get what you pay for and I choose to pay them over any other plumbing company! "

"Before anyone decides which plumbing company to use, google them for their website. Then contact the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners in Austin if you have concerns prior and after hiring a plumbing company. Make certain that the person to whom you are speaking is completely transparent in charges for their work. I plan to start a blog and I will be upfront with any company that was hired by me to work on my home."

"Came out fixed my water heater,the same day.my mom is elderly and has to have hot water and thanks to Joyner plumbing and there awesome plumbers she did not go withought. Definitely recommend these guys"

" I don't understand these people. I had a horrible experience with the first plumber they sent. A lovely experience with the second plumber they sent. We made an agreement about how I was going to be billed. Then they called me up and wanted to make a lot of changes. I explained that the first plumber they sent had lied to me three times and all his repairs failed. They never bothered to call me back. I wish they would make up their minds and what kind of company they are."

" As you can see from my previous review, I had some major problems with this company. The sign of a good company is somebody who comes back and stands behind his or her product. These people did. They fixed everything that the first bad plumber left and my home is in much better shape. A lesser company would've left me hanging. These people did the right thing and are very honorable"

"They sent a different plumber than the one I requested. He put Band-Aids on all the problems and now they are worse. He told me he didn't need to fix something because it was painted not corroded. That was not true. Now I am poor and worse off than when I started. I have been a regular customer of these people and feel very cheated"
